Lakewood Cove HOA meetings
All board meetings are open to the homeowners of Lakewood Cove. Beginning July 2024, all board meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday at 7PM in the first month of each quarter at 1521 Green Oaks Place, Suite #196, Kingwood, TX 77339. You can also join us remotely through the Google Meet Link below at the assigned time.
Annual Meeting / Voting
Annual Elections are held in January or as vacancies arise. The Lakewood Cove HOA board is comprised of a President, a Vice President, and Treasurer. Annual Meetings are held in January at the Sterling ASI office located at 1521 Green Oak Place, Suite #196, Kingwood, TX 77339.
