Lakewood Cove HOA meetings
All Board meetings are open to the homeowners of Lakewood Cove. Meetings are held at 7:00 PM on the fourth Tuesday of the first month of each quarter at 1521 Green Oak Place, Suite #196, Kingwood, TX 77339. Homeowners may also attend virtually via Google Meet using the link below.
January 26 – Annual Meeting followed by a regular Board Meeting
April 28 – Board Meeting
July 28 – Board Meeting
October 27 – Board Meeting
Annual Meeting / Voting
Annual Elections are held in January or as vacancies arise. The Lakewood Cove HOA board is comprised of a President, a Vice President, and Treasurer. Annual Meetings are held in January at the Sterling ASI office located at 1521 Green Oak Place, Suite #196, Kingwood, TX 77339.
