Annual Elections are held in January or as vacancies arise. The Lakewood Cove HOA board is comprised of a President, a Vice President, and Treasurer. Secretary Pro tem is currently held by a non-board/non-voting member. Meetings are held at Sterling ASI, the 4th Tuesday of the first month of each quarter (January, April, July, and October) at 7:00PM.
